1. Acceptance of terms
By creating a PropAI account or using the service, you agree to
these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not
agree, please do not use the service.
2. Your account & eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You're
responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all
activity under your account.
3. Listings & user content
Listings you post must be accurate and lawful. You retain
ownership of your content; by posting, you grant PropAI a
worldwide license to display it in the service.
4. Payments & fees
Boost, subscription, and partner fees are processed by our payment
providers. Refunds follow the terms shown at checkout.
5. Disputes & law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
Disputes are resolved in Jakarta courts unless prohibited by local
law.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are
material, we'll notify you in-app and by email at least 14 days
before they take effect.
1. What we collect
Account info (name, email, phone), property activity (saved
searches, viewed listings), and device data (OS, app version,
crash logs).
2. How we use it
To match you with listings, send the alerts you opt into, prevent
fraud, and improve the service. We never sell personal data.
3. Sharing & processors
We share with vetted processors (hosting, analytics, payments)
under strict data-protection agreements. A list of processors is
available on request.
4. Your rights
Access, correct, export, or delete your data any time in
Settings → Privacy. EU/UK users have additional GDPR rights.
5. Retention
Account data is kept while your account is active. After deletion,
anonymised analytics may persist; financial records are retained
as required by tax law (typically 7 years).
Essential
Required to sign in, remember your session, and keep the app
working. Cannot be disabled.
Analytics
Help us understand how features are used so we can improve them.
Aggregated and anonymised.
Marketing
Used to show relevant offers across partner sites. Off by default
outside the EEA.
